Unique Living Spaces

We specialise in converting ordinary houses into extraordinary living spaces. We have ‘own’ front door accommodation suitable for both multiple occupancy and sole occupancy. Our homes are thoughtfully designed to be safe, supportive, comfortable, and welcoming. By tailoring each property to meet the unique needs of each individual, we ensure they feel at home, find joy in their surroundings, and experience a greater sense of community.

Empowering Interdependence

The carefully designed environments are ideal to support people to transition from long-stay institutions into living in their own homes within their local community.

Our people-shaped living spaces are informed by practical experience and a deep understanding of the specific needs of the individuals. We work in partnership with our colleagues at Glassmoon Services, the NHS, Adult Social Care and the Registered Social Landlord.

Working collaboratively, each property is thoughtfully designed to promote interdependence, safety, and a sense of community, ensuring that everyone has the necessary support to live comfortably.

Our intention is to provide spaces where individuals can truly thrive. We believe that a well-designed home, tailored to the needs of the Person We Support, can make a world of difference to their quality of life, sense of belonging and overall wellbeing.

Glassmoon Homes, Glassmoon Services and a Registered Social Landlord work together to provide individuals with high-quality, bespoke specified accommodation, creating safe, comfortable homes.

All our properties are renovated and maintained to bespoke specification, fully complying with regulatory requirements.
Property Requirements
We are seeking properties that consist of one or two-story detached or semi-detached buildings, offering opportunities for development or refurbishment. The ideal properties will range from a minimum of 65m² to 175m². We prefer sites that feature multiple buildings, providing outdoor space and off-street parking. Additionally, it’s important that these properties are not listed buildings.
Location Requirements
The property should be close to public transport links and be within walking distance or provide easy public transport access to local amenities.
Specific Geographical Areas Include:
Saltash, Liskeard, Callington, Bodmin, St Austell, Plymouth, Torbay Ivybridge and Totnes
