SeeMe: Driving Social Change for a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace

SeeMe

At Glassmoon, our commitment to colleague wellbeing and creating an environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work and work with purpose is fundamental to our culture. To support this, we are excited to introduce SeeMe.

What is SeeMe?

SeeMe is a proprietary digital platform, designed to support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Connection & Belonging in our Services and our workplace.

We all have multiple identities, that intersect and shape who we are, which change at different ages and stages of life. SeeMe is a progressive and inclusive way of seeing the intersecting identities that make up the whole person.

SeeMe uses Data, the Science of Connection and Belonging and Stories to build a true picture of our colleagues and the People We Support through understanding their demographics, life priorities and levels of engagement.

SeeMe helps us to remove the barriers, biases and limiting beliefs that prevent our colleagues from bringing their authentic selves to work, working with purpose and reaching their full potential. This deeper understanding helps us to truly see our people and the People We Support on a more nuanced level thereby creating a more human-centric culture.

Our innovative SeeMe Big 5 process allows individuals to select the five data points that resonate most with them after completing their SeeMe profile. This approach provides a more nuanced and detailed view of each person’s data, leading to better outcomes in health equality and social inclusion.

For a first-hand perspective, check out our podcast episode featuring Alexis Quinn, an autism activist, who shares her insights and SeeMe Big 5 data points.
